LIVE[FRAMED] | Major Shows to Watch in September 2026

September marks the proper return of the European club and arena season, and the calendar across the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany gets busy quickly. Metalcore has a particularly strong month, with Beartooth crossing all three countries, while Evanescence brings Poppy and Nova Twins into some of the region’s biggest rooms.

Below the arena level, there is plenty happening too. Drug Church take their post-hardcore across a string of clubs, Stand Atlantic return to Europe, German punk heavyweights Die Toten Hosen and Broilers hit the open-air circuit, while shows from Integrity, State Power, War On Women and The Accüsed keep the hardcore side of September well represented.

September gets noticeably heavier from the middle of the month onwards. Beartooth’s Pure Ecstasy tour is one of the month’s defining runs, moving through Germany before hitting Brussels and Tilburg, while Silverstein and Kingdom Of Giants make the full package particularly strong. Evanescence follow a similar route at arena level, including Brussels, Amsterdam and five German dates.

For the smaller rooms, Drug Church’s six-show run through the region is an obvious highlight, while the closing stretch offers plenty for the punk and hardcore side of the scene. State Power celebrate their debut in Utrecht, The Slackers hit Antwerp and Cologne, and September ends with Integrity and Ringworm in Rotterdam while I Prevail bring Polaris to Brussels.

From arenas to sweaty club rooms, September gives the European alternative live season a convincing start.
